Derivativ-spektrophotometrische Bestimmung von Lidocain
und Hydrocortisonacetat in Suppositorien
In dieser Arbeit wird die Anwendung der Derivativ-Spektrophotometrie
(zweite Ableitung des Spektrums) zur gleichzeitigen Bestimmung
von Lidocain (CAS 137-58-6) und Hydrocortisonacetat (CAS
50-03-3) in Suppositorien beschrieben. Ein Suppositorium
enthält 60 mg Lidocain und 5 mg Hydrocortisonacetat.
Optimale Bedingungen konnten für die quantitative Analyse
von Suppositorien gefunden werden. Die zweite Ableitung des
Spektrums wird im Bereich von 210 bis 380 nm gegen Methanol
gemessen. Lidocain wurde bei 256 nm, Hydrocortisonacetat
bei 260 nm bestimmt. Zur quantitativen Auswertung wurde die
Nulldurchgangs-Technik angewendet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen,
daß unter den beschriebenen Bedingungen keine Interferenzen
mit der Hilfsstoff-Matrix auftreten. Die derivativ-spektrophotometrische
Methode wird vorgeschlagen für die rasche, einfache
und genaue Analyse der beschriebenen Testansätze oder
entsprechender Mischungen aus mehreren Komponenten.
